How to Access Your Safe Deposit Box

Step 1: Identification

Present your valid government-issued ID at the reception desk

Step 2: Verification

Complete biometric authentication (fingerprint/iris scan)

Step 3: Private Viewing Room

Staff will escort you to a private viewing room with your box

Step 4: Return

Return the box to staff when finished - they will secure it in the vault

Frequently Asked Questions

You can store jewelry, important documents, collectibles, family heirlooms, precious metals, and other valuable items. Prohibited items include firearms, explosives, illegal substances, and perishable goods.

Our vault is accessible Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 09:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We're closed on Sundays and major holidays.

Basic insurance coverage is included with all box rentals. Additional coverage options are available for high-value items. We recommend maintaining your own insurance as well.

You can designate authorized users who can access your box. They must be registered with us and will need to provide proper identification and biometric verification.

We use biometric authentication as the primary access method. However, if additional keys are lost, there is a fee for drilling and lock replacement. It's important to keep your keys secure.
